Chelsea brings nearly 15 years of experience, with the earlier part of her career in sales and account management at Maryland Media. She has held key leadership roles throughout her career and has spent the last three years focused on customer success, first at RainKing, a technology sales intelligence company, and most recently at StayNTouch, a hotel property management system. She is passionate about the customer experience, viewing three areas as the ingredients to customer success: aligned goals, adoption for growth, and constant awareness.
Chelsea lives in Bethesda with her husband Josh and their two-year-old daughter Caitlin.
