Q: Amy, what is your favorite Knowland product feature?
A: The Group Overview tab in Market Analytics. It gives you a ton of rich information on an account: Who’s getting the biggest share of the account, where the organization is holding events, what types of space they’re using, and when. It’s a perfect way to benchmark against competitors and make sure you’re getting your fair share of an account.
