When switching to other leading sales & catering tools, hotels often face an onboarding process that quickly becomes a tedious and costly nightmare. Data is duplicated or worse, lost altogether. Activation dates are delayed again and again, and expenses pile up.
At The Knowland Group, we want to make this process as painless as possible for our clients. That’s why over the past year we have perfected our onboarding methods to make the process quick, easy, and cost-effective. We are launching a Client Success team to handle the large volume of hotels currently making the switch to Target Net.
The onboarding process with this new team goes something like this: A Knowland Enterprise Sales Associate begins working with a potential client before the contract has even been signed to ensure the activation date is as soon as possible. The ESA collects hotel documents such as proposals, contracts, and BEOs and other information including meeting room floor plans, sleeping room types, inventory available and more.
After the contract is signed, the Client Success team gathers all the other required information and builds the account. They also help set up training with Knowland University and assist sales managers in how to use Target Net to its fullest potential. Knowland University offers complimentary online training multiple times a week, as well self-paced learning and in-person training upon request. A Customization Specialist also works with the new client to develop any requested customizations. Depending on how much existing data there is to convert, clients can be fully utilizing all that Target Net has to offer in as little as two weeks.
