45 Day Active User Policy

Effective January 2020

As part of our ongoing discipline to protect the integrity of our data, we have instituted the first of many security protocols for users of the Knowland platform. The first of these relates to inactive user accounts. Inactive accounts are often the targets of phishing scams as it is less likely that changes to those accounts will be noticed, so we have instituted a policy of disabling user accounts after 45 days of inactivity.

This does not mean your login is deleted, only that it is temporarily deactivated. To reactivate your login, please contact clientcare@knowland.com and a member of our team will happily enable your login. To prevent this from happening in the future, please make sure you log in at least once every 45 days. To gain maximum advantage of our platform, we recommend logging in at least once per week.
