As Vice President of Customer Operations, Jessica maximizes the value Knowland delivers to customers by overseeing the quality and quantity of Knowland’s data, as well as the customer support, training, and engagement efforts that deliver this value to customers. Prior to joining Knowland, Jessica was a Senior Business Analyst with IBM and led the Customer Experience and Training efforts for the Envision division at the leading global student travel company, WorldStrides. With a background in the arts, training, and education, Jessica has a successful track record of delivering superior value to customers by building high performing teams and optimizing processes.
Jessica holds an MBA from The Kogod School of Business at American University.
